Responsibilities

• Perform compliance assessments, audit our compliance protocols, and identify safety risks, compliance risks, and legal irregularities that may adversely affect our business operations
• Create and implement new compliance programs that will ensure our business practices comply with various laws and regulations
• Make briefs and present your findings to senior management during internal compliance presentations
• Provide counsel to our Compliance Managers on how to implement modifications that will improve our compliance management processes
• Scrutinize the performance of our staff, ensuring that they follow standard compliance procedures and guidelines in their day-to-day operations
• Keep up-to-date on any changes or additions to compliance-related laws that will impact our business processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance management
• Bachelor’s degree, MS, or higher, in HR, Administration, Communications, or a related field
• A firm grasp of legal protocols, compliance-related laws, and industry regulations
• Knowledge of contemporary compliance management methods and practices
• Proficiency with compliance management software, like AuditBoard and Athennian
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
