• Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and [industry] professionals to promote our community engagement and fundraising programs, as well as disseminate resources and relevant program information
• Use analytic tools like Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Google Analytics to discover the type of content our audience engages with the most 
• Develop and oversee the implementation of community engagement communications, such as newsletters, volunteer updates, social media content, etc. 
• Respond to member/user inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely, professional manner 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
• 5–7 years of experience in Communications, or Community Management
• Previous experience working in nonprofit organizations is preferred
• Superb knowledge of marketing strategies and social media management
• Exceptional knowledge of digital content creation, accessibility, search engine optimization, and digital analytics 
• Proven experience in successfully developing and managing teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
