Similar Roles to Affiliate Marketer
When looking for an Affiliate Marketer, you can’t jot down a couple of bullet points, post your job ad, and hope for the best. You have to take your time and write a job description that’s super-specific and goes into detail about the role you offer. An Affiliate Marketer in your company won’t be the same as the same-named vacancy in another one.
While you’ll never avoid unqualified candidates completely, you can cut down their number significantly with a detailed job description. The more details you add, the more discouraged unqualified candidates will get, and you’ll remain with the majority of applications coming from people you’re looking for.
Try to be specific and say exactly what they’re going to do and what requirements they need to meet. You should also address any benefits you offer (health plans, bonuses, etc.) to attract top candidates. This way, you’ll save money by not going over thousands of unwanted applications, and you’ll save time not to lose out on the best ones.
Note that companies use different titles for a role that has the same or similar responsibilities—aside from an Affiliate Marketer, you can come across Affiliate Managers, Affiliate Marketing Managers, Affiliate Performance Managers, and Affiliate Campaign Managers.
