• Monitor and draft reports on the performance of social media campaigns to identify areas for improvement
• Utilize various SEO and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Audience Insights, etc.) to track audience engagement, identify trends, and monitor our social media growth rate
• Brainstorm and edit social media and web content based on the established stylistic guidelines to maintain the brand’s positive image
• Prepare and coordinate social media and web launch campaigns for all new product releases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
• Experience working with and creating content for multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
• Functional knowledge of various analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot, ShortStack)
• Sharp editorial sense, with a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and tone of voice
• Basic graphic design skills with functional knowledge of relevant tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.)
