• Leading a high-performing team of Marketing professionals and delegating tasks
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth
• Setting monthly and yearly goals for the marketing department
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing monthly and yearly budgets
• Monitoring industry trends and competitors
• Organizing meetings with the team to exchange fresh information
• Assisting with training of new employees
• Ensuring that sales and marketing strategies are in sync
• Maintaining brand standards and ensuring that they are implemented in all marketing activities and deliverables

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferable) degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a similar field
• Strong leadership skills
• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of best marketing practices, including email marketing, SEM, and PPC advertising
• Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools, such as Ahrefs and SEMRush
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
