We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our team and be in charge of our company’s marketing efforts.
As a Marketing Director at our company, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our marketing and communications strategies. You will also provide direction, feedback, and guidance to our marketing department by assessing and creating marketing strategies, coordinating marketing efforts, and informing team members about marketing plans. Additional responsibilities that await you include creating ideas for promotional events/activities and organizing them, setting an annual marketing budget, tracking the progress of our advertising campaigns by using Google Analytics or [preferred tools], providing our CEO with the marketing campaigns’ performance reports, and researching industry trends and competitors’ products/services to adjust our marketing plans when necessary and find ways to improve them.
Having a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Director is required.
Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies for our company
Provide direction and guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies and informing them about marketing plans
Come up with ideas for promotional events and activities that will help promote our company/products
Identify scheduling, budget, and resource needs
Track advertising campaigns’ progress and present the CEO with marketing performance reports
Research industry trends and competitor’s products/services to identify the best ways to improve our marketing strategies and find areas for improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Director
Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media and Content Marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time/project management, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong ability to plan and manage budgets
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
