Creating a Detailed Junior Content Strategist Job Ad Makes a Huge Difference
You need to make a job description as specific as possible if you want to attract the best candidates. By detailing what you are looking for in an employee, you will help applicants know if they are up to the task. If you complete this step properly, many unqualified candidates won’t apply, which will save you a lot of time and money you’d otherwise spend on assessing them.
Narrowing down the responsibilities and going into details when describing them will discourage poor candidates from applying. It will also be helpful if you list your company’s core beliefs and values, so that anyone who doesn’t agree can skip the job ad.
