We are looking for a creative, imaginative copywriter who can create compelling, engaging, attention-grabbing copy that reliably converts. You’ll be expected to analyze client briefs, understand their target audience’s wants, needs, and pain points, and convert the clients ideas into high-quality copy. You’ll brainstorm ideas, different approaches and angles with other members of the creative team and the marketing department.
You’ll be expected to deliver first drafts within the agreed-upon deadlines, as well as revise your copy according to the feedback from the Marketing Manager and the clients. The copy must be error-free, and must align with the clients’ brands, guidelines, and tone of voice.
You’ll be creating copy for clients across various niches, including [list industries/niches], so previous experience in these industries is a huge plus. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner with at least two years of demonstrated copywriting experience.
Creating unique, engaging copy for lead magnets, landing pages, sales pages, product pages, email campaigns, social media campaigns, etc.
Analyzing client briefs to understand their products/services, goals, and desires, in order to effectively incorporate them into the copy
Understanding different target audiences to ensure that the style, tone of voice, and the copy align with the clients’ requirements
Proposing compelling copy concepts to executives and other team members
Editing and revising the existing copy according to clients’ feedback
Monitoring the progress of ongoing marketing campaigns to identify top-performing pages, posts, and emails and apply the best practices to future campaigns
Meeting the proposed deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
Two to three years of experience in the industry
Top-level creativity and solid research skills
Flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Sense of responsibility and organization
Ability to deliver original, compelling, engaging copy on time
Willingness to take feedback into account and improve further
