Growth Analyst Job Responsibilities

• Research potential leads and create effective outreach campaigns
• Come up with innovative ways to improve customer/client retention and increase the average customer lifetime value
• Monitor the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and execute A/B and multivariate testing to identify areas for improvement
• Plan the budget and lead the development of paid ad campaigns across our most important channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok) 
• Design research and data collection methods, such as user surveys and online questionnaires 
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure quick and efficient implementation of sales and marketing growth plans
• Streamline existing and suggest new approaches to data reporting and better team communication
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track performance across all marketing, sales, and customer acquisition and retention initiatives

Growth Analyst Requirements

• 3+ years as a Digital Marketing/Sales/Growth Analyst or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Knowledge of digital and growth marketing metrics, data retrieval and analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics, social media paid ad managers, HubSpot, Tableau, Excel, and SQL
• Deep understanding of A/B testing and experience with Freshmarket or Optimizely
• Excellent analytical skills 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
