Our company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. Your addition to the team will help our company grow by analyzing the performance of our marketing campaigns and suggesting ways to improve.

As our Digital Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with our Digital Specialists and use [tools] to create reports on our marketing project performance. Responsibilities

• Analyze data and create performance reports using analytical tools and Microsoft Excel
• Use reports to suggest improvements to our channels of communication
• Collaborate with Digital Specialist on optimizing marketing campaigns
• Execute A/B tests
• Deliver scalable reporting packages that incorporate advertising and sales data content
• Conduct research on our target audience, collecting and analyzing online behavior information
• Study new marketing trends and identify opportunities to boost campaign performance
• Analyze competitors’ campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Organizational Sciences, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working on digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics and [other analytical tools your company uses]
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience with SEO tools like SEMRush and Ahrefs is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing on multiple platforms
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read data and find improvement opportunities
• Interest in evolving digital marketing trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
