Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the technical infrastructure needed for reaching marketing goals
• Set up technical tools to meed campaign needs, such as implementing CRM solutions and creating HTML email templates and web letterheads
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop marketing strategies and choose the best tools
• Develop and oversee budget management processes for the marketing department
• Lead the Marketing Operations team by mentoring, reviewing, and onboarding team members
• Compile data-driven reports for measuring global leads and tracking ROI for different campaigns
• Be proactive and implement new tools to improve efficiency
• Keep informed about the latest marketing operations trends

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
• 5+ years of experience in a managing role
• Portfolio of successful marketing campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
