Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on digital marketing data analysis (social media, paid search, organic search, etc.)
• Develop and document business processes and flow diagrams
• Gather requirements and write effective user stories
• Dissect current processes to identify improvement areas and suggest solutions
• Anticipate customer needs, translate those insights into product strategies, and design test cases for new features
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to other team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or any similar role
• At least 3 years of experience in a B2B e-commerce environment
• Prior experience as a Digital Business Analyst
• Ability to identify key issues and provide recommendations accordingly
• Solid experience in using Agile Scrum methodologies
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in analytical tools, such as Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Salesforce will be considered a plus
