[Company name] is hiring a VP of Growth to lead our company’s growth strategy and marketing efforts to help us reach our growth targets and increase revenue. You’ll work alongside our CEO and will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of growth strategies across different areas of the business, including content creation, SEO optimization, affiliate partnerships, paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization. 

You’ll be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, as well as optimizing the existing processes to ensure they are cost-effective and scalable. 

To be successful in this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of business operations and the marketing industry, an analytical mindset and the ability to think outside the box, as well superb leadership and management skills. You must also stay up-to-date with industry trends and perform regular, thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify best practices and apply them to our marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, while reporting directly to our CEO. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in marketing, at least two years in a managerial position, and outstanding time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategy development and execution to drive customer/client acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets
• Working with marketing, sales, PR, and product teams to optimize existing and establish new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals
• Leading a team of specialists to conduct content, social media, SEO, affiliate, PPC, and email marketing
• Analyzing business performance and creating monthly/quarterly reviews
• Optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights
• Maintaining relationships with decision-makers across our target client/customer base
• Building and managing a successful team while fostering a culture that aligns with and promotes company values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role is a bonus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Demonstrated expertise in PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, etc. 
• In-depth understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, Fathom Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of campaign management tools (Active Campaign, HubSpot. Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.)
