Growth Hacker Job Description Template

We are looking for an experienced Growth Hacker who will be responsible for analyzing and identifying growth opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation. You will report to the Growth Lead, and your core duties will involve developing new strategies and evaluating existing ones to identify areas of improvement in customer reach. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm unique ideas for the growth campaigns and launch them to increase traffic and subsequent revenues.

Responsibilities

• Identifying growth opportunities according to long-term company goals and possible bottlenecks and pain points
• Assist in developing online marketing campaigns and strategies, with a special focus on brand marketing, to increase traffic on our online platforms
• Brainstorm new ideas to attract potential customers and increase demand for our products and services
• Gather data on competitors and general consumers behavior for evaluation
• Track and analyze market data through analytics and growth metrics to optimize future campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and PR teams to share ideas and feedback for existing and future growth strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related field
• Prior experience as a Growth Hacker, Growth Analyst, or any similar role
• Expertise in A/B testing and growth metrics
• Experience with web optimization, sales generation, and conversion analysis
• A good understanding of web and social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or SEMrush
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
