We are looking for an experienced and creative Content and Communications Manager to oversee content production and create and implement internal and external communications strategies that will help increase stakeholder engagement and propel our brand’s image. Your primary obligations will be to establish the right messaging and themes in our content production while documenting new and improving existing procedures, plan all internal and external communications strategies, and prepare detailed media reports, press releases, and newsletters.
Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and implement internal and external communications strategies to build brand awareness and increase visibility
- Establish guidelines and manage content production aligned with campaign objectives
- Contribute to the production of PR and marketing materials
- Maintain existing and create new relationships with key contacts in (digital) media
- Organize online events that support our marketing efforts
- Create and update social media strategies by collaborating with marketing and content teams
- Track and report on the progress and success of our content and communications campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant fields
- [XY] years of experience as a manager in Content Production or Communications
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Oracle, or Sage) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of sales funnels and content production best practices
- Proven experience in B2B project management is a plus
