We’re looking for a highly motivated Vice President (VP) of Product Marketing to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our overall product and services marketing strategy.

You will perform consumer research, help our team create suitable brand messaging, and execute new product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Marketing team to guarantee the success of product placement and adoption and expand its reach
• Provide performance feedback to product team members on a regular basis and evaluate them based on employee KPIs
• Recruit new staff members and mentor them to understand and prioritize the goals of the company
• Develop the positioning and messaging of our brand’s products
• Collaborate with Product Management and Research & Development departments to make sure that cross-functional messaging, product strategy, and launches are solid and lucrative

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or proven equivalent working experience
• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing
• Experience in leading roles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to cross-communicate with different teams
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
