We are looking for an Assisted Living Marketing Director with proven experience in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns related to assisted living. Use CRM tools to measure customer satisfaction and prepare reports
Document all planned and completed marketing campaigns
Help in the development of community outreach programs to increase referrals and occupancy
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the same industry
Knowledge of senior living industry standards
Ability to make decisions that are beneficial for both the residents and our company
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
