An ideal candidate will participate in the creation of all necessary information materials to help us implement successful fundraising campaigns. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare engaging written material aligned with our business strategies and objectives in order to contribute to building and maintaining relationships with the public and potential donors
• Create compelling marketing content to support the organization’s fundraising initiatives and public events
• Collaborate closely with our advertising, communication, and marketing teams to ensure all information for events and media is aligned with the policies and objectives of the organization
• Draft gift and donation proposals and agreements and review the existing ones 
• Prepare business correspondence for our management members to ensure effective communication with investors and prospects
• Use different communication channels to convey the appropriate messages, such as social media and emails 

Requirements 

• 3+ years of experience in writing for Public Relations, Fundraising, Communications, or a related field
• Hands-on experience providing engaging content for top management and the public
• Ability to write, edit, and proofread content for various audiences 
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A clear understanding of communication channels, including emails and social media
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
