We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Content Review Analyst to provide analytical insights on our brand’s digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include providing feedback to the Social Media Director, measuring social ROI, and boosting the brand’s online presence.

Our ideal candidate is highly observant, independent, and process-driven with a strong affinity for numbers. Digital marketers with 1-2 years experience in advertising and in-depth knowledge of web analytics will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Track and report social media web metrics (e.g., impressions, reach, and click-through rates)
- Offer insights to digital content creators for designing effective marketing content (e.g., case studies, videos briefs, social media ads, etc.)
- Develop strategies using social media analytics to boost website traffic, brand awareness, and engagement
- Assist the Social Media Manager in creating performance reports that help enhance social media campaigns
- Implement social media marketing tools to analyze user behavior, engagement, and interactions
- Identify, test, and determine how emerging social media tools can be integrated into the company’s social media strategies
- Recommend effective ways to increase our target audience by monitoring user behavior across all platforms
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on social media market trends, competitor growth, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar field
- SEO, SEM, and SMO experience is a must
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing advertising tools, campaigns, etc.
- Ability to ensure data accuracy
- Working knowledge of social media reporting tools
