Create a new Google Sheet and title it “Hiring Channels — Writers” with 5 columns:
Go to facebook.com/groups/ and type in a keyword
Join as many relevant groups as possible.
Keep going until you get 50–100 groups on your spreadsheet.
Most Groups will approve you in 3–7 days.
For simplicity, it’s easier to batch job posts into a single block of time.
Starting from the top of your list, open each Facebook Group in a new tab, and copy/paste your job description into the post.
This is important:
Do not post the job ad URL in your post.
Facebook will reduce the reach of your post with external links, and you will receive fewer candidates.
Only post the job ad description, because in a few days you’ll return and send the link to anyone who commented on your post or in your DMs.
Copy/paste the URL of each post in each group back into your tracking spreadsheet.
