We are looking for a process-driven Web Content Analyst to join our company’s content development team. In this role, you will perform in-depth analysis of our website content and monitor KPIs such as website traffic, CTR, and page views on the website to understand how our content affects reader engagement. As a Web Content Analyst, you will also coordinate the design and development of our online content, such as page descriptions, advertising copies, and marketing collateral. Other responsibilities you will take up in this position include reviewing the existing website content and digital materials in the making and checking their correctness and readability. 

Our ideal candidate is a content expert with excellent writing, analytical, and reporting skills. You must be proficient in website analytical tools, such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, or HootSuite. Advanced knowledge of SEO and familiarity with digital marketing practices are a must to succeed in this role. Candidates from advertising and marketing backgrounds are preferred. 

Responsibilities

• Analyze website KPIs regularly and create reports on your findings to help our content strategy team develop successful content plans and measure the effectiveness and engagement levels of the website content
• Work with our content development team to ensure brand tonality is maintained in all our web publications across all platforms
• Suggest topics to content writers and provide a list of relevant keywords as per the established SEO strategy 
• Track content metrics around readership and create analytical reports based on audience segmentation
• Coordinate content updates and changes on the website by overseeing the team activities in our content calendar 
• Create content objectives and identify improvement areas to increase keyword ranking and visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English Language, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience working as a Content Analyst
• Excellent analytical skills
• Expertise in MS Office Suite and Google Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of CMS and SEO practices
• Experience with HTML/CSS or JavaScript is a plus
