• Document project status and content processes, and create tool manuals
• Inform stakeholders on the project progress regularly 
• Execute administrative project activities and meet deadlines
• Ensure that content processes are cost-effective and that shared and reusable resources are utilized to their full potential

Requirements 

• Experience in:
• Managing users and optimizing the digital experience of your clients in a CMS
• Writing requirements for content projects and tools
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Feeling comfortable and confident giving presentations to a variety of audiences, ranging from writers to top-level management
• Ability to communicate ideas in a clear, confident, and diplomatic manner
• BA/BS degree required
• MA/MS/MBA is a major advantage
