As applications start coming in, Recruiterflow will parse CVs and make information available for advanced search filters.

Once you review them, you can move them through the funnel by using the drag-and-drop function. Another downside is the company’s focus on staffing agencies. If you’re an SMB looking for a solution to help you hire new employees for your own company, many of the functionalities (such as the entire CRM platform) will be redundant.
