Once applications start rolling in, RECRU uses advanced AI-powered CV parsing to create a candidate database without manual input.

One of RECRU’s more distinctive features is its LinkedIn plugin. With the plugin, you can visit someone’s profile and use the drag-and-drop functionality to add their resume to your database. The plugin extracts skills, experience, education, and contact information. When you add a new CV, the software matches them with open positions if they are a good fit.

You can create templates for email correspondence, pre-hire assessment, and job descriptions to automate the process and send them to candidates in bulk. Moving candidates through the funnel is easy—all you need to do is drag and drop them to the next phase.

There’s not much to complain about regarding RECRU. You won’t find many user complaints online, apart from the ones reporting that the mobile app is not optimized fully.
