Also, some of its better candidate management features—like the kanban-based Pipelines—are easily obscured in the clutter of features small teams probably won’t use, such as the website builder for career sites. Look elsewhere if you want to hire a couple of people without hooking up your entire HR department to a complex hiring software.
Both points are especially relevant if your team lacks experience with comprehensive hiring software, as is often the case with startups and small businesses.
