Even if the budget is not an issue, the ATS is dedicated to companies that create job opportunities daily. If you’re hiring periodically or in cycles, many of BrightMove’s features will be superfluous.

For instance, the Staffing Standard plan (the most affordable option for staffing agencies) doesn’t include SMS integration, interview scheduling, custom branding, and recruiting analytics. If you unlock all of its features and have 500 employees, the price can surpass 3 million.
