Key Features of TriSys

TriSys helps you set up a hiring workflow and automates the hiring process so that you don’t have to log candidates manually and keep track of which stage of the funnel each candidate is in.

TriSys—Downsides

One of the major stumbling blocks with TriSys is the UI. While it’s not the most complex ATS regarding the number of solutions, it could have been user-friendlier. You’ll need to take your time adjusting to it, especially if you’ve never used an ATS before. They have loads of training videos to help you with the process, but note that you’re getting software that requires watching training videos in the first place. This is especially challenging for SMBs looking to hire internally as they often have limited or zero experience with hiring software.

The additional trouble is that this training is not entirely free of charge. On top of the pricing you pay for the software, some of the courses come with extra fees.

Another issue is database creation. While it supports CV parsing (i.e., getting information out of resumes automatically), you need to add them manually to the database. The platform doesn’t support bulk additions, and applications don’t show up in the database automatically since it doesn’t integrate with job boards.

The platform also conspicuously lacks prescreening assessment options, so you’ll have to rely only on resumes and interview answers to base your opinion about a candidate.
