The only difference between the first two tiers is that the second doesn’t charge you per job—just a flat annual subscription. It seems that the first tier only exists to make the Advanced one more affordable. 

Another issue is that the API integrations with Zapier and two other platforms are locked behind the pricey Pro tier, along with candidate communications via texts and phone calls. And seeing as Zapier is the gateway to thousands of other integrations, it seems like a core feature that should have at least been in the Advanced tier. 

The same goes for onboarding assistance and free data migration from other platforms, which are also locked behind the Pro plan.

Downsides of 100Hires

By most accounts, 100Hires is a well-designed and bug-free ATS. However, it still has a less-than-ideal price scheme and a few missing features. 

When an HR platform charges you over $2,000 per year, you’d expect access to all third-party integrations. 100Hires also fails to disclose supported integrations or any client success stories on its website—another thing prospective customers would probably appreciate before paying a hefty yearly subscription. 

Also, there are no built-in skill assessments for applicants—you can just write a few knockout questions to eliminate unqualified ones in advance. You can’t use third-party skill assessment platforms with 100Hires unless you get the Pro plan, which costs over $7,000 per year and comes with API integrations.
