KeldairHR Key Features

KeldairHR was developed to help hirers recruit new employees with ease. The platform focuses on all major aspects of recruiting, starting with distributing job postings. You can use the software to create job posts automatically on all major general job boards, as well as niche ones if you’re looking for professionals with experience specific to your industry.

The platform also offers the option to set up your careers page and “Text to apply.” With the latter feature, you get a custom phone number, and when applicants send a text to it, they will receive an automated reply with a link to your job ads.

Once an applicant enters your hiring funnel, they will receive a scorecard where you can grade different aspects of their application, such as a resume, cover letter, employment history, interview answers, and references. When you change a candidate’s status, they will receive an automated update via email or text. You can also use mentions to tag your recruiting officers if you want them to pay attention to a particular part of an application.

Once you make a hire, KeldairHR will support you throughout the onboarding process. You can create custom onboarding packages with PDF files and e-forms. You can also add e-signatures to any form.

KeldairHR Downsides

The software lacks customization, and it’s not possible to change or add different data fields.

Another issue is that the job posting process is not as straightforward as it can be. It takes multiple steps to create a job ad, move it to your library, and then post it. The software posts the job listing automatically to few job boards, and you’ll need to populate the rest manually. Once applications start rolling in, you have no way of preventing rejected candidates from applying again.

Some users have also reported that the UI takes some getting used to and that some processes are complex and more fit for engineers than recruiters.

When you visit KeldairHR’s pricing page, the first thing you’ll notice is that they’ve listed plan prices in months, but these prices require an annual agreement, i.e., you’ll get billed for the entire year. If you want to pay per month, you can do so, but you’ll get more expensive quotes, which is not disclosed upfront. The good part is that there aren’t any implementation fees.

The subscription plans are based on the number of job posts you wish to have, and you get an unlimited number of users and applicants, as well as unlimited storage and all the features unlocked (which is not really true).

They come with extra fees, which you can learn about only once you schedule a demo.
