Jobin.cloud allows you to assign each funnel stage to a different recruiting officer. They can contact potential candidates via LinkedIn or email. Moving candidates through the funnel is easy—you can use the drag-and-drop feature or change their status from the drop-down menu.

Jobin.cloud Downsides

Jobin.cloud is an excellent tool for lead generation and building a database of potential candidates. It is not the perfect solution for companies looking to recruit actively. The platform lacks any other integration besides LinkedIn and does not publish your job posts. Email automation is also missing, meaning you have to reach out to potential candidates manually.

Another downside is that Jobin.cloud provides no support for pre-hire assessment. If you want to test your candidates before hiring them, you’ll need to do so manually and outside the platform.

While the platform allows you to message potential candidates in bulk, you can’t create any performance reports on aspects such as open and response rates.
