Once the applications start arriving, Crelate creates an applicant database and uses resume parsing to store information. You can use search filters to show only the candidates that meet certain criteria.

You can create a custom pipeline according to your (or your client’s) needs. With the drag-and-drop feature, you can move candidates through the funnel, or you can set up automated status changes once the defined conditions are met.

The platform allows you to create custom reports with advanced analytics that you can automatically forward to your clients, such as opportunity valuations (expected costs) and referral analytics.
