SutiHR is predominantly an HR management (HRM) software that allows businesses to streamline every part of the HR process “from recruitment to retirement.”
You can use it to manage your employees, track their attendance and time off, and create custom reports on various aspects, such as performance appraisal, attendance figures, and payroll structures. It also has a fully-integrated applicant tracking system (ATS) that helps you automate your hiring process.
In this review, we’ll go over SutiHR’s ATS features, integrations, and pricing model. We’ll also introduce Workello, a two-in-one assessment software made for SMBs.
Key Features
SutiHR helps you automate various HR processes and manage your employees. You can use it to store all the relevant information about your staff, manage their lifecycle activities, automate task assignments, send reminders, manage the payroll, schedule shifts, and take care of other HR-related tasks.
When it comes to SutiHR’s ATS, it automates the entire hiring process, from distributing job ads to onboarding your new employee. You can publish the job post through the software, and it will automatically show up on the careers page of your company website.
SutiHR also supports one-click job posting, meaning that you can select several major job boards (like Glassdoor and Indeed) you want to distribute your ads on with a single click, and SutiHR will take care of the rest. The platform also has its own job board.
Once applications start coming in, the software stores them in one place so you can easily manage, review, and compare resumes. You can move candidates through the funnel effortlessly within your dashboard, and the platform will track candidates in each funnel stage. SutiHR has email templates to inform candidates about interview scheduling, rejection, and offer letters. You can send them in bulk, although the platform lacks full email automation, as will be discussed in the following section.
Downsides
The first issue you’ll stumble upon is the software’s setup. It has no written guidelines, and it’s not intuitive. You’ll need to be on the call with customer support often and rely on their guidance until you familiarize yourself with the tool.
Even after the setup is complete, you’ll notice that the platform lacks the user-friendlinessthat most competitors offer. If you’re unfamiliar with how HRM software or ATSs work, expect to take some time to get used to SutiHR. You’ll need to work with customer service to learn how to access certain information.
Another downside is that recruitment features are unavailable in the platform’s introductory plan. You’ll need to get a quote to find out how much you’ll need to pay to unlock recruitment features.
The platform also lacks automated email correspondence and is vague about its candidate assessment support.
Pricing
SutiHR offers a free trial, but it doesn’t specify how long the trial lasts or what you get with it. To test out the software, you need to leave your contact information, and the platform’s sales team will reach out to you.
As for the pricing plans, there are two to choose from:
Core—$4 per month per user
Advanced—Price available upon contact
Note that the minimum fee is $150 per month. This means that it will cost you the same regardless of whether you have 37 users or a single one.
Applicant tracking is unavailable in the Core plan, as well as several other features, as shown in the table below:

Alternatives to SutiHR
If you’re looking for a standalone ATS solution that focuses entirely on recruitment, you can choose one of the hundreds of other platforms out there. Check out our honest reviews of some of the most prominent ATS solutions:
Workello is a platform that combines an ATS with pre-employment assessment software. The platform focuses on SMBs interested in high-volume recruiting.
Unlike SutiHR, Workelloisn’t an HRM solution with a broad set of HR features, such as payroll and attendance management. Instead, it’s a standalone ATS that helps you automate your hiring funnel and cut recruitment costs.
It’s an easy-to-use platform made so that recruiters without any ATS experience can use it instantly. Workello has a one-page dashboard from which you can complete the entire process. All you need to do is change a candidate’s status, which will trigger a series of automated tasks.
You can use Workello as a pre-hire assessment platform as well. This feature helps you test candidates and learn about the quality of their work before you offer them a contract. It has a library of pre-written tests and job description templates to speed up the entire process and reduce manual work.
Contrary to SutiHR, Workello offers all of its features in the introductory plan. The only difference between the pricing plans is how you get billed, as well as the number of assessments available:
Growth—$299, billed quarterly (up to 30 assessments)
Scale—$597, billed annually (up to 300 assessments)
