QPage is a London-based recruitment tool that allows its customers to create their own hiring workflows, distribute job ads, use AI to assess interviews, and hire new employees—all within the same platform. The platform was launched in 2020.
In this review, we’ll explain QPage’s main features, pricing plan, and integrations, as well as offer alternative solutions. We’ll also introduce an ATS that helps you assess candidates more thoroughly than through interviews alone—Workello.
QPage Key Features
The QPage platform is quite straightforward and intuitive—you won’t find a clutter of complicated, over-the-top functionalities that have a steep learning curve or remain unused by most HR teams.
QPage allows you to split the hiring process into six stages:
Setup and customize—When you sign up, you can set up your company profile, invite recruiting officers to join, and customize your workspace
Design a job ad—Create a job ad for the vacancy you have. QPage has job description templates you can use if you struggle with writing one
Automate workflow—You can design the pipeline the way you want it, with no restrictions from the system. In other words, you don’t have to use a preset workflow that QPage creates for you
Assess, evaluate, and select—QPage uses AI assistants to create a shortlist of the most suitable candidates based on their resumes, CVs, and other documentation (such as cover letters)
Interview—When you invite a candidate to an interview, the AI will suggest questions you can ask them, and you also have the option for the entire interview to be AI-led. This way, you don’t have to be present, and you’ll be able to view the interview later
Offer and hire—Select the best candidate and extend an offer to them
QPage recruiters also enjoy the AI search. The platform has a database of 700+ million profiles and uses AI to match up to 200 qualified candidates with the positions you’re offering. Once you receive an application, a candidate’s profile will show up in your database. Your recruiters will be able to assess each candidate individually, and you can compare their notes.
Since you can create your own workflow, you can also set up custom actions for each stage of the funnel. Once you change a candidate’s status, QPage will do the automated actions for you. This can include automated messaging (the platform offers email templates you can use) and periodical SMS messages for nurturing candidates.
QPage Downsides
QPage is still a relatively new applicant tracking system (ATS). As a result, many of the features are yet to be added, and some of the present ones need improvement. For example, the CV parsing system struggles with resumes that are not in the standard form and will often put the wrong information in data columns.
While the whole platform is easy to use, the workflow customization process is difficult, and you might struggle with creating custom notifications.
One user has reported having issues with customizing QPage’s job description templates. The platform also has email templates, but you can’t edit them to fit your brand voice. Another issue is that candidate matching is based on location. If you’re from the U.S., you’ll be fine, but companies from other parts of the world can end up with no suggested candidates.
QPage Integrations
QPage integrates with several productivity tools (for interview scheduling, holding interviews, etc.), but the majority of integrations are related to job boards. The software supports the following integrations:

The Starter plan is completely free and remains so until you decide to unlock more features. You can use it if your goal is to have software that will track candidates for you. If you want advanced features, such as creating a premium careers page, reporting, and using integrations, you’ll have to pay up.
When it comes to Standard and Pro plans, you can be billed monthly and yearly, but QPage do not disclose the pricing—you’ll need to contact their sales team and schedule a demo.

Final Thoughts
QPage allows you to make a fully customized workflow and uses AI to match you with candidates that are qualified for the job. You can use the platform to hold an interview with a candidate without you being present. It also comes with job description templates and distributes your job post to several job boards.
On the downside, the platform struggles with customizability and lacks different methods of assessment (aside from interviews).
