Traffit also supports workflow-based email automation. You can create email templates for each step of the workflow—like interview invitations, job offers, and rejection letters—and set when they’ll be automatically sent to the appropriate candidates. 

Downsides of Traffit

Most users report that Traffit is a well-designed, relatively bug-free hiring platform. What Traffit does, it does well—but its downsides lie in the platform’s missing features.

Besides basic email automation, Traffit doesn’t provide much else in terms of automation features. For example, you can’t post job ads on multiple job boards in one click. The number of supported job boards is also quite limited.
