TurboHire: Key Features

TurboHire comes with an HR toolkit that contains many templates that will make a recruiter’s life easier, such as:

TurboHire allows you to create a careers page and distribute your job post on various job boards automatically. You can use prescreening questions to instantly eliminate candidates that don’t meet the bare minimum, such as a minimum number of years of experience.

The platform’s AI model tries to pick candidates that most closely meet the predefined requirements. It runs a checklist on every job description you list and tries to find a candidate that ticks all (or most of) the boxes.

Users have reported issues with user experience, suggesting that it takes some time to learn to use the software and make the most out of it. Many have also struggled with creating reports and have had problems during live interviews.
