Some users have reported waiting too long for the software to fix bugs and inconveniences. They also mention the inability to set tasks for more people at the same time—it has to be done individually. 

PeopleForce locks its products—PeoplePerform, PeoplePulse, PeopleDesk, and PeopleTime—behind the PeopleHR product. Only PeopleRecruit can be used independently from PeopleHR. 

Finally, most of the job boards that the platform integrates with are Ukrainian and Russian, making it difficult to gain visibility if you’re looking for applicants from other locations.
