However, the pricing and the sign-up process are different for foreign companies. If you’re not registered in the Philippines, you must fill out their inquiry form before taking any further steps. OnlineJobs is the go-to Philippines job board for remote workers. It was founded in 2006, and today, it has over 3.5 million visits a month.

One of the most significant benefits of OnlineJobs is the ability to advertise up to 3 vacancies and access the candidate database of over a million people for free. However, there are some limitations in that case—the post approval time is 2 days, and you can receive just 15 applications per ad. Even then, you can only view applicants’ or database candidates’ profiles, but you can’t contact them. 

On the other hand, the paid plans are quite reasonably priced, making them accessible to even the smallest companies with limited hiring budgets. In addition, they offer each employer a 30-day money-back guarantee if they’re unsatisfied with the quality of the applicants.

On the downside, while Bossjob’s built-in ATS does help facilitate the hiring process, there’s no option of integrating other, external systems.
