2) BrighterMonday

BrighterMonday is yet another big name among Kenyan job boards, with nearly a million visitors and over 700 ads, most of which belong to the sales and finance categories. It’s part of The African Talent Company, a pan-African business organization looking to solve the talent gap issue locally. 

Signing up requires only your contact information, but you’ll also need to verify your account by providing a valid local or foreign business registration certificate. Using the board is straightforward—you can refill your e-wallet, post job ads, organize candidates, and view basic statistics, all from your dashboard.

BrighterMonday’s job listings can be:

The registration process is conducted through the platform’s customer support, so you can’t create an account yourself and start posting right away. Once you provide the basic personal and company info, Fuzu’s team will contact you with further instructions.

Fuzu lets you publish an unlimited number of ads for free and view all the applications, but you can access the contact information of up to 10 candidates per month. There are also various paid plans, which you can upgrade with more ads or contact views as necessary:

The only features Fuzu doesn’t include are social media advertising and external ATS integration.

4) Jiji

Jiji is a well-known Kenyan classifieds website that over 3 million people visit every month. Despite not being a dedicated job board, Jiji’s reach and range of features make it one of the country’s best sourcing solutions for employers.

Career Point Kenya is a simple job board that’s been connecting jobseekers and employers since 2009. With around 150,000 monthly visitors, it doesn’t have the highest traffic, but it promises to get your job offers in front of over 500,000 professionals.

If you want to advertise on this website, you’ll need to provide a corporate email address, phone number, and information related to your company and vacancy. You might also need to show a company registration certificate or another valid foreign or domestic document for verification purposes.

Career Point gives you 2 pricing options:

2. Job ad + shortlisting service—19,500 KES

Once live, the ad stays up for at least a month or until you receive enough quality applicants. It also gets included in the job alerts for added exposure. Career Point guarantees over 200 applications with each ad, but it’s unclear how they achieve that.
