#1 Poslovi Infostud
There’s practically no way to recruit via digital job boards in Serbia without coming across Poslovi Infostud. It’s by far the largest and most popular job site in Serbia, with over 3.2 million monthly visits in a country that numbers fewer than 7 million people!
While two Serbian entrepreneurs founded the job board in 2000, today it’s partially owned by the Alma Media Group, which has a stake in most major European job boards. Out of the 3,000+ active job ads, almost 700 are in English—an indicator of the platform’s popularity among international employers.
Apart from a phone number and a company email, you don’t need anything else to post a job ad on the website—the whole process is streamlined and easy.
The pricing could be more straightforward, but each higher-priced package has a few more additional features than the lower-priced one. Here are the 5 different price tiers:
Mini—2,200 RSD for one ad with 300 characters of text, advertised for one location
Start—5,600 RSD for one ad with unlimited text and up to 5 locations
Standard—13,400 RSD for an ad with unlimited text and locations, a remote option, a company logo, and better positioning in search results
Brand—26,000 RSD for an ad with the Standard features, plus a visible company logo in the search results and the option of including videos in the ad
Premium—47,000 RSD for an ad with the Brand features, plus email redistribution, priority in search results, and a guarantee that no competing job ads will be displayed nearby
Source: Poslovi Infostud
Unfortunately, the Mini ads are too limited by the number of characters—you get only 300. (To put that in perspective, the previous sentence has 89.) The small difference between the Standard and Brand tiers also fails to impress, considering the latter is 100% more expensive—and the platform only shares your ad via an email newsletter with the Premium tier. That’s a pretty basic feature to lock behind the highest price tier.
Poslovi Infostud also supports integration with HR Lab, a Serbian ATS owned and operated by the Infostud (Inspira Group) team. HR Lab comes with an extensive applicant database and candidate-matching features.
Despite its shortcomings, especially pricing- and feature-wise, Poslovi Infostud is an unavoidable resource for any employer looking to source candidates in Serbia.
Pros
Cons
Most popular job board in Serbia
Large number of English-language ads
Streamlined process of posting job ads
Website available in English
Integration with HR Lab ATS
Mini ads limited to around three sentences (300 characters)
Resharing via email newsletter only available to highest-paying customers
No free ads
#2 Lako Do Posla
Lako Do Posla is one of the best job boards in Serbia—both from the perspective of local jobseekers and international employers. The website is available in Serbian and English, an obvious plus for international employers.
The main reason why Lako Do Posla is so popular is that it covers the basics well. The website’s interface is extremely easy to use, and the pricing is pretty transparent.
The Short and Free ads are only available for 15 days. On the other hand, the 5 types of 30-day ads are:
Basic— 6,000 RSD + VAT
Priority—10,800 RSD + VAT
Hot—16,900 RSD + VAT
Pointed Out—25,800 RSD + VAT
Promoted—37,700 RSD + VAT
The first three of those tiers are quite similar, the only difference is how high your ad will rank among the highlighted ads. In the last two tiers, you get additional features, like cross-posting to partner websites and resharing on social media.
In terms of the features you’d expect from an international job board, Lako Do Posla provides a pretty barebones experience—there are no candidate matching options, job description templates, or applicant tracking features.
Pros
Cons
Extremely easy to use
Transparent pricing
Website available in Serbian and English
Option of free ads
Free ads stay live for only 15 days
Lack of standard job board features
#3 Nadji Posao
Nadji Posao is another well-designed, modern, and minimalist job board that caters to a few specific sectors; though you can use it as a generalist job site and post an ad regardless of your industry. It hosts around 2,500 active job ads at any given time, but only a handful are in English. The website’s interface doesn’t support English, either.
Most of the over 11,000 jobseekers who use the website work in marketing, logistics, healthcare, sales, or IT. You can also create special job ads for students, making it one of the best niche job boards in Serbia.
Depending on your budget and hiring needs, you can choose between 6 price tiers:
Start—2,200 RSD for one 15-day ad (300 characters max), limited to one Serbian city and search category; can be expanded to 30 days for double the price
Start Plus—4,200 RSD for one 15-day ad, limited to 5 Serbian cities, and reposted on Instagram and Facebook; can be expanded to 30 days for double the price
Standard—9,200 RSD for one 15-day ad, visible in all Serbian cities and abroad, and pinned in the separate highlighted ads box above the rest
Standard Plus—14,000 RSD, same as Standard, but with a 30-day ad
Business—18,000 RSD for a 15-day ad, but with reposting on Twitter and LinkedIn too, a post featured on the Nadji Posao blog, and a video highlight of your company visible with the ad
Business Plus—22,000 RSD, same as Business but lasting 30 days
The main downside of Nadji Posao’s offer is the lack of free job ads and some essential job board features. There’s no UI support for English, ATS integration, or a searchable resume database.
Pros
Cons
Great for specific industries
Reposting ads to social media
Affordable 15-day ads
No free ads
Lack of English UI support
Lacking essential job board features
#4 Startit
Startit is Serbia’s biggest startup job board—but also much more than that. It actually sprang up from an online community of the same name, focused on sharing knowledge about the local digital economy and providing mentorship and guidance to newcomers.
The website is also one of the premier tech news portals in the Serbian corner of the internet—the perfect storm of tech knowledge, communication, and talent equally attractive to domestic and international employers. Each month, Startit receives over 110,000 visitors—most of whom are interested in tech jobs.
From a recruiter’s perspective, Startit isn’t just attractive because of its highly educated and skilled audience. The streamlined job posting interface was designed to make it easy to create readable, clear, visually rich, and interactive job ads—precisely the kind that top-tier talent responds to. Each job ad is structured like a landing page, with the basic company info and vacancy requirements presented in easily skimmable tables at the top, followed by a more detailed text below.
Paid ad tiers (Standard and Premium) differ in terms of the space they take up on the board. There’s also the option of posting an ad for free, though its on-screen size is much smaller than that of the paid ones.
Source: Startit
The two paid tiers are more enticing—each ad space is bigger than the last, they both provide additional promotion through the Startit newsletter, and the final tier also includes Startit resharing your ad on its social media. Bear in mind that the prices you see above are for one month—they increase if you need the ad to stay up for longer:

However, some basic job board features are noticeably absent from Startit. There’s no resume database, integration with ATS, or UI support for English.
Still, it’s the premier choice for employers looking to hire IT staff in Serbia, and its UI is extremely easy to use if you overcome the language hurdle. The fact that it supports (limited) free posts and ad redistribution is another plus.
Pros
Cons
Visual-oriented ads
Easy-to-understand pricing
Great choice for hiring IT talent in Serbia
Option of free ads
Redistribution via social media and email
Price of ads increases significantly over time
Lack of basic job board features
Limited free ad
#5 Joberty
Joberty is one of the best tech job boards in Serbia, with over 24,000 visitors per month. It’s a mix of a traditional job board designed to connect employers and jobseekers, and a Glassdoor-like community where employees can leave reviews, salary info, and other valuable data about companies they’d worked for.
Specifically, Joberty focuses primarily on tech companies in Serbia and their employees. Most high-value talent in Serbia views Joberty as a trustworthy job board that won’t promote unreputable companies, which is where the value of advertising on the website truly lies.
Almost all of the 2,200 active ads posted on Joberty are written in English, and the website has an English version too, making the platform another go-to choice for international employers.
There are 3 price tiers to choose from:
Free—your ads will appear at the bottom of the front page, with limited visibility and just enough room to provide basic information about your company
Standard—€160; the ad allows more space for detailed information, contains your company logo, and appears at the middle of the search rankings
Premium—€260; the ad is featured at the top of the board, is highlighted as separate from the other ads, and has the most space. You also get a custom-designed ad and the option of uploading a cover image
The only problem with Joberty is that it’s not transparent enough with the price breakdown—you don’t know precisely how much screen space each tier provides or what “more” information means compared to “limited visibility.” You can find out only by contacting the staff and asking them directly.
Joberty is a great Glassdoor alternative for local IT employees in Serbia. From an employer’s perspective, it’s an excellent choice for finding top IT talent despite some flaws—there’s no resume database, ATS integration, or candidate-matching features. However, the platform makes up for it with free ads and its specialized IT jobseeker audience.
Pros
Cons
Excellent for hiring programmers and other tech professionals
Visual-oriented premium ads
Possibility of free ads
Lack of basic job board features, like ATS integration, a CV database, and candidate matching
