VDAB has a resume database, and unlike most other job boards, you can access it with a free employer’s account (My VDAB). The platform doesn’t disclose the size of the database publicly, but the free account gives you the option of receiving candidate suggestions via email.
There’s no native integration with ATS platforms, but the two paid plans, Business and BusinessPlus, come with a company page that you can use for employer branding on VDAB, along with a company video that illustrates your appeal to qualified candidates.

Bear in mind that the premium tiers—Business and BusinessPlus—are billed annually, at €3,600 and €4,640, respectively. So, VDAB will only be cost-effective if you intend to hire in Belgium in the long run.

Unlike our previous choice, which focused on Dutch-speaking Belgian professionals, Références focuses more on French-speaking ones. The job board is owned and managed by Le Soir, one of the oldest daily newspapers in Belgium.
Références maintains a detailed CV database with information on over 200,000 candidates. Any job ads you post will be distributed to relevant candidates from that database via email. You can also have them redistributed to specialist job boards, major social media sites, and the websites of local media outlets, like Le Soir, LaMeuse.be, and Sudinfo.be.
The CV database has a highly detailed tag-based search function, and you can ask the Références staff for candidate recommendations—making it easy to find the perfect fit for any vacancy. However, the database is only available to employers who post the most expensive Target Power Jobs.

It’s still a generalist job board, so you can use it to hire pretty much any professional or remote worker. While it’s not specifically a Belgian job board, 25% of its user base comes from Belgium—so it’s still one of the most popular job sites in the country. All of the ads on EURACTIV are in English, and the job board was clearly designed to connect English-speaking professionals with international employers.
