It’s also one of the few local websites available in English, making it suitable for foreign employers as well. Of its 60,000 ads, about 1,000 are in English, implying decent popularity among businesses with multinational and multilingual teams.

To sign up for Work as an employer, you only need to provide an email address and verify it.

Work Pricing and Features

There are 3 types of ads on Work:

• Standard—month-long duration  
• Standard Plus—month-long duration and weekly auto-refreshing
• Hot Job—week-long duration, promotion at the top of search results and in the “Hot Jobs” section on the homepage 

As an employer registered on the platform, you can post one free Standard listing and view the contact info of up to 10 candidates from the database. You can also add assessments and utilize Work’s built-in ATS with selection stages, meeting invites, and a commenting feature.

Founded 22 years ago, Robota has evolved into one of the most successful job boards in Ukraine with over 7 million monthly visitors and 4 million database profiles. It’s used by renowned companies such as McDonald’s, P&G, Glovo, and Puma. The website is available in Ukrainian only, but it features plenty of ads in English.

Employers can sign up for the website whether they’re local or not and have to provide only the basic contact information.

The Optimum tier brings the most value for the money, allowing you to advertise in prominent positions, send unlimited offers to candidates, add your logo and photos, and include your vacancy in email alerts 5 times. Professional is reserved for larger companies and comes with numerous branding options.

Despite not having an English UI, Robota is a valuable resource for sourcing candidates in Ukraine. Among its other downsides is the lack of an ad redistribution option and external ATS integration.

3) OLX

OLX is a well-known international classifieds website receiving over 60 million monthly visitors in Ukraine alone. Most of its thousands of job listings belong to the sales and retail categories. The website is not available in English as of April 2023, and it features less than 30 ads in English, so it might be geared more towards local than international employers.

You can sign up using your email or phone, but you’ll need a Ukrainian phone number to verify the account. 

After doing so, you can post up to 5 ads for free, each staying live for 30 days. If you need more ads or exposure, you can buy one of the packages:

Start is the most basic package, entailing only a company page and ad statistics. Premium and Mega tiers are the same feature-wise, but the latter is valid for a year and allows you to post 100–1,000 ads. Both plans come with 3 ad boosts that push your ad to the top of relevant search results, custom company pages, and logo branding. You can also buy boosts independently from the packs (from 25 UAH per ad).

Since it’s not a dedicated job board, OLX has few recruitment features to offer. It lacks candidate assessment and management tools, job alerts, and ad reposting, and it doesn’t support external ATS integration.

4) Jobs

Operating since 1996, Jobs is a Ukraine job board that has won numerous awards, including “The Best Domestic Product of the Year” and “People’s Honor for Charitable Activity.” Currently, it has around 400,000 monthly views and over 10,000 live ads. 

On Jobs, users can find not only job offers but also jobseeker profiles, education centers, training programs, and other useful career-related sources. It’s available in Ukrainian and Russian, with only around 20 ads in English.

If you require more than one listing, you’ll have to pay 47 UAH per ad or less if you buy in bulk. Upgrade it to a Hot job for 296 UAH a week, and your vacancy will be displayed at the top of search results. Other services include:

It has over a million monthly page views and 3,000 ads, most of which are in English. The website also has an English version, so it’s suitable for employers who don’t speak Ukrainian.

To register, you can use your personal email address, but you have to provide a corporate email address and other company details later on, for verification purposes.

DOU doesn’t offer a free trial. If you want to advertise a vacancy, you have to pay $25 per piece (or less if you buy in bulk). All ads stay up for a month and come with basic statistics for progress tracking. You can pay $150 to upgrade your ad to a Hot job, which will highlight, prioritize, and feature it on the homepage for 20 days.
